A nice website I saw today was one for 552 Productions. The site was nice and clean, and since they are in the field of video production DC, they have some nice media on their homepage show casing their talents. A lot of their work is done for non-profit organizations, but they also work for private companies / citizens as well. If you need any work done in that area check out their blog or about us pages. The only critique I have is that a blog should have regular posts if it’s going to be heavily show cased on the home page.

I’m trying out a new service to promote my futon cover give away.

The Miles Chair is a wood workers nightmare or dream. The bent birch slats must have been nerve wracking to create, but the piece really is quite stunning. Another simple steel frame completes the piece.

Another awesome chair from Solv Studios, the Carbon Fiber Chair is wafer thin. A simple stainless steel base completes the design. The light weight design of the carbon fiber put every other minimal style piece I’ve ever reviewed to shame.
