The Life Clock
The Life Clock is definitely one of those items for someone who’s not too concerned with their own mortality. Instead of hours the clock displays years since birth, and ends at 76. If you make it to 77 and have a battery powerful enough you’ll need to pry the clock open to replace the numbers. Or maybe have one of your grandchildren do it for you.
