Most people probably wouldn’t guess it, but there are sometimes when a vacation rental might just be a bit more economical than staying in a hotel. Take some of the great anna maria island rentals I just found online. Anna Maria Island, just off Florida’s central gulf coast has to be one of the best kept secrets in the travel industry, or at least it used to be.
As you may know, there are quite a few tourist destinations in the state of Florida, and Anna Maria Island in no exception. Anna Maria Island has over 40 golf courses near by, unique boutiques, galleries, fishing, fine restaurants and much more. With a private vacation rental you can avoid all the crowds the flock to most hotels, and customize you’re own vacation.
Take the Banana Beach Guesthouse for example, It sleeps four and rents out for only $700 a week. At that rate, two couples can get away for a steal. I was also into the Anna Maria Island House. It sleeps four at $750 a week, plus it’s pet friendly so you can bring the dog along for the week.

These Modern Rockers are putting a new spin on how people see relaxing. Made from polyurethane mesh, a cutout spherical shell and curved steel piping, these chairs would look totally out of place on any front porch. They would, however, look right at home in your rec room, maybe with a Playstation nearby?

Anonymous callers can be quite a pain. Usually they are telemarketers but sometimes, like in my business, customers with private numbers or anonymous names who call and don’t leave a message can also mean lost sales. That’s where a service like Reverse Phone Registry comes in handy. You can look up a persons name by the number and not bother wasting time on calling back a telemarketer.

The Mebel furniture series has a set of stackable chairs made of molded wood or plastic. The ergonomic shape and portability make it ideal for hotel and office lobbies. What’s more, construction adheres to the six sigma philosophy, meaning zero defects - an idea I hope more furniture designers adopt after seeing and repairing many damaged pieces over the years. I also really dig the sleek designs and love how they stack for storage.

Let me start by first saying that I don’t have a plasma TV. I live in a small place though and the thought of freeing up some floor space and mounting a TV to the wall is extremely appealing. But that’s what I get for purchasing a 1920’s duplex in order to rent out the other half as an income property, little free space.
Anyhow, where was I?
That’s right, I was dreaming about a new plasma TV on my wall, like the ones from the Online Plasma Store High Def Bay. And wall space isn’t the only benefit to owning a plasma TV. First the picture quality is supposed to be great. Second, as a stand alone product there is no need to go out and buy a super expensive, over priced entertainment center like the ones my old employer used to sell. They’re big, bulky, and a really unnecessary these days. So, you’ll save a whole lot of money buy just mounting a plasma TV on the wall instead.
Sold yet? If you’d like a little additional info follow the link above to High Def Bay, they’ll give you all the info you could ask for.

Visually, this chair by Kedar Naik is truly stunning. It’s appearance is quite reminiscent of effortless floating . Its winding graceful lines seem to impose no constraints on the user’s body save its own natural form. That being said, the Glide chair’s only cited materials are aluminum and lacquered fiberglass, neither of which strike me as particularly comfortable. Perhaps this is a piece best put artfully in a corner and pointed to whenever one has guests.

Just looking at the new 2009 Takemi Select 3D Jade Melody 12000 Comfort Masseuse chair from, (naturally) Takemi Select Wholesale Outlet makes me notice all the sore spots I have from aikido practice. If I had an extra $1200 I would totally buy that chair and probably never sit on anything else unless the power went out.

As you can see from the sequence of images, the Biombo Chair pulls double duty as a seat or a screen.
Via Yanko Design:
The Biombo Chair is an idea whose simplicity makes it seem obvious. The wood chair, built over a hinged wood structure, when not in use is a folding screen (Biombo). The surface of the seat can be engraved with a graphic image that transforms it into a decorative object when folded flat. To turn it into a chair, you simply take it off and get all origami.

Two categories of furniture that usually don’t mix are modern furniture and futons (my specialty). Modern furniture is usually sleek and stream lined while futons tend to be cushy and chunkier. So, when I found Modern Interiors, I know a post was in order. Modern Interiors has a slick website, the design (like their furniture) is fairly minimal, stream lined and easy to use. Their selection wasn’t half bad either.
A couple categories which I was really drawn to were the modern platform beds and modern sectional sofas. Both categories say fine, stylish living to me, plus they look pretty good too.

But wait, they also have quite a variety of goods for the entertainment side of your house with a wide modern tv stand, and modern wall unit selection. As you can see Modern Interiors has all the bases covered, modern bedrooms, modern leather sofas, modern living rooms are all wrapped up in one thorough home furnishing collection.
Check them out and enjoy.

Being from up north, I hear the occasional stereotypical remark about the south. It is fair to say that I really don’t know much about southern culture, so when I came across a magazine dedicated to southern culture I thought I would look a little further into it. What I found so appealing about the Beejeezus publication is that it focuses on such a wide range of topics, everything from food to music. They only put out two publications, one in November and one in the Spring. My sister-in-law is into everything music/art so we have decided to buy her a subscription, and hope it will get passed along to us when she is finished!
