How’s your typing speed?
As good as you think you are you’re probably no match for the Dragon Naturally Speaking call documentation software. Can you imagine taking orders over the phone without having to double check the details, or make sure you get them correct the first time. How about writing an email without having to type a thing? Most people speak over 120 words per minute but type less than 40 words per minute, and with Dragon Naturally Speaking voice to typing translation software, long documents and tedious tasks on the computer finally got easier.
If you’re a bit skeptical, take the Dragon’s typing speed test! You’ll see for yourself just how hard typing as fast as a person speaks can be. I took the test and was blown away at how poorly I did in comparison to the software. You can see my test results below, the words in the test weren’t complicated or long, but it was still quite challenging. I would totally use any of the versions for my PC, it would greatly increase my productivity.
