Moving to Boston? Better get a real estate agent!
My sister in law, Bailey, just moved to her new apartment in Boston a couple weeks ago. And finding desirable Boston apartments for rent can be almost impossible without a real estate agent. Even if you’re searching for an apartment to rent, you’ll need someone to broker the deal. To me, this was ridiculous, but thats the way the system works. You do the leg work, then contact an agent to set up a viewing, then the agent gets one to two thousand from you when you sign the lease.
