I just took a look at DontBuy.it, a review site dedicated to allowing consumers air their grievances with any business on their terms. Now consumers can warn others about scammers, dangerous product, personal injuries, bad quality of goods,bad service,dangerous goods,mismatch prices,warranty problems, bad food,deception, and plan old rip offs. One of DontBuy.it themes is “Click and Don`t Buy It“. I like the idea that DontBuy.it takes the control out of the hands of the business owner, how many sites do you see that actually allow bad reviews on their sites? None. Take a look and feel free to report any bad experiences that you’ve had recently.

While the name of this project designed by 6a Architects, the Hairywood Tower, may seem a bit perverse, it’s actually inspired by Les Vacances Des Monsieur Hulot by Jacques Tati. Tati built a tower for the movie so its heroine could be filmed looking out the bay window overlooking the beach. Thus the sense of separate yet intimate, like being 20 feet above the bustle of London streets, was translated in the design of the Hairywood Tower.

While I don’t necessarily have the answer to that question, a site with online casino reviews might just be able to help you out. I happened to recently find a site that was a totally dedicated Online Casino Directory with, according to them, the best online casinos link available to advertisers. They also claim to have quite a few casino bonus codes. These codes allow you to play certain games with out the need to actually bet any of your own money first. A practice you will probably never see at a casino located in the real world off the internet.

Anyhow, I’ve never gambled in my life because I don’t really want to waste my money. But, I have played cards, so I have a bit of trouble believing that a monitor can replace the real deal. On the other hand, what it can do is save you gas, food expenses, and maybe even pay you a little for your time if you’re on a roll.

I found a review of this totally unique bike rack design by Magnus Pettersen from Central Saint Martins over at Creative Review The rack took first place in a contest set by the Design Council that asked students to “create a product, service or communication piece designed to specifically reduce crime”. I’d say that the Blabr_ stand acts as both bike rack and meeting point, allowing bike riders to keep an eye on things.

I know that quite a few of you are probably asking yourselves what I’m on at the moment. New Jersey and vacations aren’t usually used in the same sentence. And I admit, some of you might be right in what you’re thinking if you were associating New Jersey with Newark or Jersey City. I would hate to even travel through either of those cities, much less travel to them as a destination.

Where you need to think about when traveling to Jersey is south. I used to vacation with my family in Cape May, the beach is nice, there are quite a few Cape May hotels and the Wildwood events are quite a draw as well. One of the Things to do in New Jersey that really impressed me was the Radio Disney Concert Series that will be in Wildwood. The Concert series is free to attend, which is great for the kids who want to see their favorite Disney stars and a little easier on parents wallets.

Here’s a breakdown of the events:

-July 7th, 14th and 21st - Magic Mondays - Radio Disney’s hottest musical artists will appear live on Morey’s Piers. These FREE concerts will take place at the Radio Disney stage next to the Giant Ferris Wheel on Morey’s Mariner’s Landing pier. Show times are scheduled for 1 pm and 4 pm.
-The Radio Disney Summer Concert Series finale is scheduled for 2 pm Saturday, July 26, 2008 at the Wildwoods Convention Center Oceanfront Arena with Raven-Symone from Disney Channel’s “That’s so Raven” and the currently showing Walt Disney movie, “College Road Trip” starring Martin Lawrence and Raven-Symone. The July 26th concert will also feature Mitchell Musso from the “Hannah Montana Show”.
-July 26th Concert ticket holders may enjoy super savings at Morey’s Piers from the time of purchase through July 27, 2008. Today I received a call from my credit card processing bank, and at first I was extremely alarmed by what I heard. The call was about a recent order at Goodnight Moon Futon regarding a suspicious location that came back to the card processing bank upon settlement of the order. The customer location came back as being from Columbia, which set off quite a few red flags. Luckily this was a false alarm though.

As more and more credit accounts are opened , credit card companies are using up more numbers as accounts are assigned. Thus, when my bank processed the funds they saw a number which was formerly only used in Columbian credit accounts.

In the end, after looking into the issue a little deeper, we saw that this was in fact a US based account and a tragedy was averted. And, I am now more confident in the people who are looking out for my interests and process almost all the funds that go through my business.

This summer I’m thinking about heading North to see my Dads family when they rent their camp on the Lake Champlain, and I always feel the need to bring something with me. Usually I stick to a couple bottles of nice wine and some good cheeses, but this year I’m leaning towards gift baskets. Gift baskets have all sorts of tasty treats and they look pretty good as well, though I’ll probably need to grab some wine as well.

The thought process behind the Delta Bed was “way out of the box”. Made from telescopic fiberglass reinforced plastic tubes which allow for an adjustable sized bed. If you didn’t get that, the Delta Bed is the one size fits all platform bed.

The Delta Bed is designed by Nicola Bern for Salon de Mobile 2008 and I can’t wait till this bed makes a retail debut.

When I was younger, the words camping and Motorhomes weren’t usually found in the same sentence. Since I got married I’ve grown up a bit I’ve had a slight change of heart regarding the topic. And, I must admit that the idea of having a shower, bed with a real mattress, and a kitchen are appealing when combined with a little time spent in a somewhat outdoorsy setting.
