Burlington Futon Company:
Back in the early 90’s, before the BFC changed their name to Burlington Furniture Company, Burlington Futon was where I purchased my first futon. I also have to give them props after meeting the BFC owners when they visited my former employers’ store in Western Massachusetts. They were only allowed in the store for a short time before my former employer asked them to leave and took back the store brochure before they left. Burlington Futon gets a link for the cool, calm and collected manner in which they brushed off my former employers paranoia.
Northern Naturals:
Northern Naturals is a west coast futon retailer that sells eco friendly futon products, and they have from the beginning of the natural bedding movement.
Futons 24/7:
Finally, a UK based futon company! I recently had some contact with Peter at Futons 24/7, liked his site, and the fact that Futons 24/7 is a family run business. If you’re in the US and like futons, you’ll get a kick out of the slight differences in US and UK futon designs. Futons 24/7 is a must visit for anyone in the UK in need of a futon.

A great retailer in Greenfield Massachusetts. J&M has a great website that’s fun to browse. They also have a very helpful and friendly staff!
Futon Planet:
Located in Florida, FP once sent a local customer to me due to time constraints. FP has a great website with some flash elements and a fun design.
Slip Cover Shop:
Finally a futon cover retailer that has changed up how your futon looks be hiding the back slats and front stretcher rail. A must see futon site.
